These are the terms we use for our website (www.curiousdesigns.nl) with regards to privacy and cookies. Here you can find which data we receive from your order at Curious Designs. Your data will be processed according to the "Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming". Curious Designs is allowed to change and edit this privacy policy. When there are big changes in the policy, a notification of it will be placed on the website.
Persons below 16 years
When you are younger than 16 years old, you need permission from your parents or legal parent to visit our website and use our services.

Your personal data is used to provide you with our website and services. "Personal data" entails all data which identify you as a person. We can store your data on several occassions, for example when you visit our website, when using our services, or when contacting us. We are allowed to use your data, because we ask for your permisson in this privacy policy. Moreover, we need your data to in order to process your order. If you choose to not share your data with us, we cannot process your order. We will not use your data without your permission, unless we have a legal obligation to do so.
Orders
We need your name, living address, e-mail address and payment data. These wil be stored for processing your order (and possibly for garantuee of your order). Your data will only be used for these (or closely related) puroposes. Your data will not be used for completely different purposes.
Protection
We do our utmost to protect your personal data against loss, usage, modification or spreading by unauthorized. We do so by means of for example an SSL-protection of the website. Your data will only be shared with those who directly need them. Your data will not be stored longer than needed and only for the purposes mentioned.
Newsletter
When you sign in for the newsletter, you agree to receive information on the e-mail adress that you provided. There is always an option to unsubsubscribe from the newsletter.
Sharing of information
Others will only receive your information when they need it to process your order. Without your permission we will not share your information with other countries or parties.
